Wheel Loader Maintenance
- Because the construction machinery is special vehicle, the operator should accept the manufacturer’s training and guidance, and then have a full understanding of the structure and performance of the machine, and obtain a certain amount of experience in operation and maintenance before operating the wheel loader machine. The “Product Use and Maintenance Manual” provided by the manufacturer is the necessary information for the operator for the equipment operation. Before operating the machine, it is necessary to read the “Use and Maintenance Manual” firstly and carry out operation and maintenance according to the requirements.
- Pay attention to the work load in the running-in period, half of the work load in the running-in period should not exceed 60% of the rated work load, and arrange the appropriate workload to prevent the occurrence of overheating caused by the machine for a long-time continuous operation. Often observe instrument indicator, abnormal situation should be stopped and eliminated in time. Before the cause is not found, the fault is not eliminated, the operation should be stopped.
- Pay attention to regularly check the quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, cooling liquid, brake fluid and fuel oil (water), and pay attention to check the tightness of whole machine. In the inspection, if you find that the oil is less and water is too much, you should analyze the reason at the same time, the lubrication of each lubrication point should be strengthened. It is suggested that grease should be added to the lubrication point in each shift during the running-in-period (except for special requirement).
- Keep the machine clean, adjust and tighten the loose parts in time to prevent the loosening from aggravating the wear of the parts or causing the loss of the parts.
Operation Instructions
- Before driving and operation, Operators should be familiar with the performance, structure, technical maintenance, operation methods of the loader, and operate in accordance with the instructions.
- Except the driving cab, it is strictly prohibited to ride people in any place.
- When unloading materials into the car, the bucket must be raised to a height that will not touch the carriage baffle plate to prevent the bucket from touching the truck bed, and it is strictly forbidden to pass the bucket over the top of the car cab.
- When going downhill, adopt the automatic deceleration, and do not step on the clutch pedal to prevent cut off the power and make car slipping accident.
- After the wheel loader wading, the wheel loader equipment should be stopped and check immediately. If it is found that the break failure due to inundating, should adopt the continuous break to utilize the heat to remove the water in the brake pad, and restore the brake to normal as soon as possible.
- When the loader is working, no people are allowed to stand in front of it, and the bucket is not allowed to carry people during driving.
- When working, it is strictly forbidden to stand under the shovel arm, and irrelevant personnel and other machinery are prohibited from working and passing here.
- High gear operation is strictly prohibited.
- When the operator leaves the driving position, must land the bucket, turn off the engine and cut off the power supply.
