How to Maintain the Mobile Asphalt Batching Plant?
Daily Routine Maintenance
- Check the temperature and lubrication of each bearing.
- Check whether the gas pipeline is leaking.
- Blockagesituationof large particle size overflow pipe.
- After disusing the equipment, clean the discharge door of the mixing cylinder.
Mobile Asphalt Mix Plant Weekly Inspection and Maintenance
- Lubricate the equipment according to the lubrication list.
- Inspect the wear and damage situation, repair and replace them is necessary.
- Check the tightnesssituation of the bucket bolt of the hot material hoist, and move the adjusting grid plate to facilitate the hot aggregate to enter the screen box.
- Check the chain and head, tail shaft sprocket or driving wheel of the hot material hoist, and replace it if necessary.
- Pay attention to add asphalt regularly, and ensure that the temperature of asphalt in the asphalt tank and the discharging temperature are maintained at 120~150℃ （or according to user’s need).
- Check whether the induced draft fan has dust block. Excessive dust can lead to intense vibration and abnormal bearing wear.
- Whether the inlet and outlet of thescrew conveyor and the feeder is blocked and worn.
- Stirring cylinder blade, arm, shaft seal wear, if necessary to adjust or replace.
- Wear situation of stirring cylinder blade, mixing arm, shaft seal. Adjust or replace if necessary.
- Check whether the oil seal and oil level of motor reducer are normal.
